Description

  • Hard water has high amounts of calcium and magnesium from coming into contact with rocks and soil. By comparison, soft water contains very few or no elements and either occurs naturally or is rendered soft through treatment.
  • The element which is in direct contact with the water, heats the water to the set temperature on the thermostat.
  • Standard nickel-plated or non-plated element with a copper sheath for use in areas with “soft” water.
  • Elements with a nickel-chrome or ‘incalloy’ sheath for use in corrosive water areas and for hard water
